ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leader Daniyal Aziz on Monday said that the reply
submitted by Imran Khan regarding his Bani Gala residence ‘unveiled his lies’.
The
PML-N leaders were holding a press conference in Islamabad.
Daniyal
Aziz said that Imran Khan is flanked by a corrupt person who made property in
the name of his cook, in an apparent reference towards Jahangir Tareen.
The
Prime Minister’s children have declared their properties, he said.
PML-N
leader Talal Chaudhry reacted to Chairman PTI’s response submitted to the
Election Commission of Pakistan over a disqualification reference. He said that
Imran’s reply negated Jemima’s statements given earlier that she never gave
loan to Imran.
Imran
Khan said in his reply that in 2002, it was agreed that the Bani Gala house
will be sold for a sum of Rs 43.5 million.
He said that there was
danger that the contract will be annulled if the payment is delayed. Therefore,
some of the amount was paid by Imran Khan’s first wife Jemima Khan.
